Design, build, and simulate kinetic marble runs — parts browser, physics canvas, and analysis tooling. Built for tinkering: drag parts, run marbles, and see what happens.
Retrieval-first legal research. Every citation is grounded in what was actually pulled — live traces, quote verification, and explicit gaps when authority isn't found.
Local-first blackjack card-counting trainer and live-session assistant. Offline voice entry, 13 counting systems, true-count engine, bet ramps, and a session database — no cloud, no telemetry.
Interactive honeybee colony simulation — foraging, waggle dances, brood lifecycle, queen pheromone, and apiary management. Run it in the browser or as a Tauri desktop app.
Recommendation-first file organizer for Windows. Scans user-owned clutter — duplicates, junk, stale folders — and proposes a cleaner layout. Read-only until you approve; deletions go to the Recycle Bin.
Voice-first ADHD companion — RAG memory, CBT/DBT skills, focus sessions, and gamification that respects how brains actually work.
Prometheus + Grafana stack for tracking listening ports, process ownership, and reachability probes across a busy Linux dev server.

My name is Matthew — most people know me as Matt or Felty. I'm a builder who happens to be a lawyer — or maybe the other way around. I gravitate toward problems where trust, traceability, and taste all matter: legal research that can't hallucinate, desktop tools that stay local-first, and simulations you can lose an afternoon in.
