How I build

01

Audit everything

Whether it's legal citations or simulation state — if you can't trace it, you can't trust it. I ship with logs, traces, and explicit negative space.

02

Design as infrastructure

Glass surfaces, kinetic typography, and motion that earns its place. Premium UI isn't decoration — it's how serious tools feel approachable.

03

Ship the whole stack

From nginx on Hetzner to React frontends and SQLite auth — I own the vertical slice and deploy it myself.

About Matthew

My name is Matthew — most people know me as Matt or Felty. I'm a builder who happens to be a lawyer — or maybe the other way around. I gravitate toward problems where trust, traceability, and taste all matter: legal research that can't hallucinate, desktop tools that stay local-first, and simulations you can lose an afternoon in.

The marble lab on this site is live — grab a browser and start building runs. No install required.
